who love everything about their
current medical insurance company,
but can’t afford its rate increases.
Rising costs can leave employers
with no alternative except to
discontinue benefits for all but a
select group of employees.
SOLUTION
The RJ Ahmann benefit specialists
reviewed the company’s coverage and
costs, and set out to find a more
affordable group medical plan. We
narrowed our focus to a handful of
the most promising alternatives, and
we presented the employer with a
number of clear options.
We also set up an on-line
application tool to cut application
time and administrative costs.
Employees kept their coverage but
not the old-fashioned (and
time-consuming) paper forms. The
employer was able to continue to
provide this important benefit to
all of his employees, at a reduced
cost that contributed to a healthy
